* A minimum of three years working in the area of dementia
care/relevant occupational experience
* Ability to draw from own work and/or personal experience in the
area of dementia to enhance training
* Relevant educational qualification at Level 8 on the NFQ (minimum)
* A recognised training qualification (minimum Level 6 on the
National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent)
* Experience in delivering training in an online/blended learning
environment????
* Excellent planning, prioritising, facilitation, presentation,
writing, IT, interpersonal and communication skills
* Willing to avail of and engage in relevant professional
development training and activities
* Knowledge of the Sonas programme
* Experience in facilitating the Sonas programme is desirable
